Codegen 2B Multi GGML Quantized

This is Salesforce's Codegen 2B multi model ported to ggml and quantized to be executed via turbopilot.

nb: this model is not directly compatible with llama.cpp. You will need to use turbopilot to run it

This model is not currently available via any of the supported third-party Inference Providers, and HF Inference API was unable to determine this model's library.
