Unusual rope_theta value.

Hi! Huge fan of your models.
Simple question - Is the "rope_theta" value in the config correct? It's currently set to 100000000.0 (100M), which for all intents and purposes should be an absurdly large and unusual number, considering most models use 1000000.0 (1M).
Just double-checking, that's all!
