Tortoise GGML
This is an under construction tortoise-tts ggml file. The original weights are under apache2.0 license from James betker.To use this places this in the examples/tortoise folder of tortoise.cpp before running bin/tortoise from the build directory of tortoise.cpp. Check the commit messages to see which tortoise.cpp commit this is compatible with, since I am adding tensors as I go.

This model is not currently available via any of the supported Inference Providers.
The model cannot be deployed to the HF Inference API:
The model has no library tag.
