removed readme metadata in formatting silly

updated README

added answers and improved how context is fetched from the chunks

moved things around, cleaned up files, final debug of dokcerfile

right app permission and write http error codes

debugging cuda issues and adding basic tests for api

use mps if available for mac

split pdf into chunks after finding max lenth from warning, also updated dockerfie to have cuda installed and use gpu if available
