Compensation: * Compensation may be in the form(s): ['Cash', 'Goods', 'Free or Discounted Services'] Prohibited Activities: * Engagements must condition payments on rendering of services * Engagements must not be used in recruiting or as an inducement for enrollment * Engagements must not have specific athletic results as a requirement for being paid. * Athletic results are defined as explicitly requiring a certain level of performance during games or matches, such as: (a) participating in a certain number of games or matches, (b) scoring a certain number of points in a game or match, (c) reaching some metric in a game or games (e.g., yards rushed), or (c) winning a certain number of games or matches during a season. * Merely appearing as an athlete is not a requirement for athletic results. * Engagements must not be performed during team activities * Engagements must not require the student athlete to wear team-issued apparel Trademarks and Licensing: * Engagements must not explicitly require the student athlete to use the school name, team name or nicknames, or mascot name during the engagement activities * Student cannot license school trademarks Use of Facilities: * Engagements must not require the student athlete to use school housing, facilities, or equipment, not including uniforms * Student cannot rent school facilities Prohibited Industries, Product Categories, and Products: * Compensation cannot be in the form of prohibited products or product categories * Engagements cannot be in support of a prohibited industry unless the engagement doesn't not involve a prohibited product category or product from that industry
